Using Kiosks to Create a Safe & Streamlined Visitor Experience

Kiosks are a great way to efficiently check-in visitors, reduce congestion in the lobby, minimize interactions with on-site personnel and maintain social distancing. Building Intelligence has been deploying check-in stations with SV3 for a long time to help streamline the visitor experience and create a lasting first impression in the lobby.

Our kiosk workstations allow visitors to: 

    • • Self-check-in or self-register to limit interactions in the lobby

    • • Answer health questionnaires or surveys in order to complete check-in

  • • Sign acknowledgments and NDAs
  •  
  • • Scan ID documents and upload pictures
  •  
  • • Scan preregistered invitation to receive mobile QR Code to go straight-to-turnstile or elevator
  •  
  • • Trigger notifications for hosts to approve or deny upon check-in or visit request
  •  
  • • Receive automated approval or denial texts/emails from the host
  •  
  • • Check-in as an employee
  •
