Kiosks are a great way to efficiently check-in visitors, reduce congestion in the lobby, minimize interactions with on-site personnel and maintain social distancing. Building Intelligence has been deploying check-in stations with SV3 for a long time to help streamline the visitor experience and create a lasting first impression in the lobby.
Our kiosk workstations allow visitors to:
- • Self-check-in or self-register to limit interactions in the lobby
- • Answer health questionnaires or surveys in order to complete check-in
- • Sign acknowledgments and NDAs
- • Scan ID documents and upload pictures
- • Scan preregistered invitation to receive mobile QR Code to go straight-to-turnstile or elevator
- • Trigger notifications for hosts to approve or deny upon check-in or visit request
- • Receive automated approval or denial texts/emails from the host
- • Check-in as an employee
